My current rates

Notarising. I charge £90 to notarise a straightforward document such as a passport or other ID, a power of attorney, a warranty deed for the USA, academic qualifications etc. If someone has more than 1 document then I charge £20 for each extra document.

Apostille. For documents that require an apostille I charge a one-off fee of £60, regardless of how many documents you have.

Complex documents. For more complicated documents such as company documents or ones which I might be drafting, I charge £175.00 an hour. This charge also applies to travel time.

Embassy legalising. For documents which also need legalising at another embassy the time scale and price varies. I can advise you of timescales and prices on request.
